Why Board Members Serve Hospice Circle of Love:

"I believe that caring for a person during their final days on earth is an extremely valuable role/job.  I also believe no one should be making profit from these patients and /or families.  Therefore, Hospice Circle of Love must remain strong in the Enid area.  Hopefully I can help make that happen."-Tracy Bittle, Enid Family Medicine Residency Coordinator

"My first experience with Hospice Circle of Love was when they took care of my Dad in 2004.  Our family was very pleased with the care our Dad received.  Our Dad passed away in April of 2004.  Later that year I was contacted by a board member and asked if I would be willing to serve on the board.  Naturally I felt like it was a very worthwhile organization, having so recently experienced the compassion and care shown by its employees and volunteers.  I was pleased to have the opportunity to serve."-Attorney Karig Culver

"As a pharmacist I am routinely in contact with patients who are diagnosed with a terminal illness.  The patient and/or family are looking for support and help.  The extra knowledge I have gained from my involvement with Hospice Circle of Love has given me the ability to be a source of information as well as comfort.  Hospice Circle of Love has taken care of two of my personal friends and for that I will always be thankful.  I appreciate the opportunity to give back to such a wonderful non-profit organization."-Kyle Whitehead, Evans Pharmacy

"I serve on the Hospice Circle of Love Board of Directors because I believe in the quality of terminal care given by hospice that allows their patients to live out their last day in dignity and comfort provided by their family and professionals who understand their needs."-Dr. Henry Harnish
