Donations Hospice Circle of Love is a non-profit organization. We never charge a patient or family for our services. Although we are able to bill Medicare or private insurance for some patients, there are those who do not have these benefits. Funding to provide care for those individuals is paid for with donations and memorials from caring individuals like you. Donations to Hospice Circle of Love If you are unable to print our memorial information form, just make sure we have the following information with your check: donors name and address, person you wish to honor or memorialize, the name and address of a loved one we can send a memorial acknowledgement to. If you are making a donation that is not a memorial just make sure your current address is listed on your check. If you have any questions, please contact Margie Lovell at (580) 234-2273. Following your donation you will receive a card stating the donation amount. This will serve as your receipt for tax purposes. Thank you for your support! Donations allow us to serve patients who do not have a Medicare or insurance benefit at no cost to the patient or family. |
