Fairview Office

Our Fairview office, located at 105 North Main, was opened in 2002 to better serve citizens in Fairview and the surrounding area.  A nurse, a home health aide and a secretary work out of that office regularly.  In addition, a social worker and chaplain from the Enid office are assigned to patients in that area and  Medical Director Dr. Jami Benton oversees patient care.  Other services are provided on an as needed bases, including therapists, a dietician and a counselor.
